Farman Gurbanli, Chief of Staff of the State Housing Construction Agency (MİDA)
The State Housing Construction Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan was established by a decree dated 11 April 2016 with the main purpose of meeting the needs of the country's citizens in terms of living space, improving their housing, and providing them with utility conditions. In addition, seven construction projects are currently underway not only in Baku but also in Sumgait, Lankaran, Shirvan, and Yevlakh.
As part of the reconstruction works in Karabakh, our agency is building residential complexes in Fizuli and Jabrayil districts. In Fizuli district, our complex consists of 846 apartments in 38 buildings located in the Fizuli district. On Fizuli City Day, a big concert was held in the recreation park adjacent to our complex.
The project implemented in Jabrayil district consists of 712 apartments in 33 buildings.
Since the first exhibition, we have participated in the Caspian Construction Week. We see the interest of all participants in construction, especially in the reconstruction of Karabakh. Our goal is to tell visitors about the construction and reconstruction works carried out by the agency on the lands liberated from occupation.
