- I am a regular attendee of construction exhibitions. As the exposition increases from year to year, my interest increases accordingly. Otherwise, the exhibition would lose its relevance. Today, I was pleasantly surprised by the products from Italy and Russia.
Apart from novelties, exhibitions always have a healthy competition. To find potential customers, representatives of companies make concessions and reduce prices. In my opinion, this emphasizes a mutually beneficial partnership. International companies find local distributors and open subsidiaries and outlets for their goods. Their money will be injected into our economy.
In addition, exhibitions help us to see our victories and defeats. Take, for example, the radiators presented here. About 20 years ago, I developed a project to bring these devices from Dubai. To implement the project, I needed financial resources amounting to 2 million dollars. Unfortunately, I could not find them. But Russian manufacturers have managed to open as many as 30 specialized factories while the country is in a state of war. Azerbaijan needs such enterprises as on the one hand, this is supplementary capital and employment, on the other hand.
I would like to emphasize the stands of construction companies rebuilding lands liberated from the occupation. If their representatives apply to our firm for any equipment, we will contribute to the reconstruction of Karabakh with great pleasure by concluding a contract. For example, in 1993, I worked with the representative office of the International Red Cross in Azerbaijan on the reconstruction of Shukurbeyli village of Jabrayil district and Fizuli. If the opportunity arises, we will continue this work.
